RACE DAY - PACKET PICK UP:
Race Day Packet Pick Up will take place Saturday December 7th, 2013 at Jimmy Buffett’s
Margaritaville Main Deck located at Pier Park.

Time: 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM
All runners will receive t-shirt & timing chip when packets are picked up.
We strongly urge you to pick up Friday if possible to avoid delays on race day.
Half Marathon will start at 8:00 AM Sharp, December 7th, 2013!
(Start/Finish Line is located just a few yards north of Margaritaville on Pier Park Drive in front of As Seen On TV.Look for Start/Finish Line Arch and listen for DJ Markie Mark)
5K will start at 8:30 AM Sharp, December 7th, 2013!
Kids Fun Run will start at 10:00 AM, December 7th, 2013!
Staging area will be north of start/finish line.
Awards will start at the Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville Main Stage at 10:30 AM.
Half Marathon is a certified course / code: FL09109EBM
All Half Marathon Finishers will receive a Medal. You will exchange your timing chip at Start/Finish Line for Medal.
Awards will be given for 1st, 2nd, 3rd in each division. Half Marathon and 5K Overall Finishing awards will be given as well.
Kids Fun Run participants will receive a participation ribbon.
Water will be on course at mile markers 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 and Start/Finish Line
Gatorade, hard candy and Vaseline will be on course at mile markers 3, 7, 11
Start/Finish Line will have Water and Fruit for Runners
Signs will be posted every other mile starting with mile 1 and for 5K / Half Marathon turn around points.
Course is an out and back.
Bay Medical EMS will have Bike EMT’s on course during race and EMS available at Start/Finish Line for runners in need of assistance.
Porta-Potty will be on course at turn point of Half Marathon if needed.
Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville will supply Gumbo and Land Shark Draft.
Beer for Runners ONLY at finish of race. Must show bib number to enter designated area. Beer provided to runners 21 years of age or older, of course!
Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville will open to the public at 10:30 AM and will offer runners, friends and family 15% off menu items and merchandise.
Course is not closed to traffic, so be careful and always be aware, you will be running with the flow of traffic.Traffic is minimal this time of year but is always out there.
Bay County Sheriff’s Department and Panama City Beach Police Department will be on course for your needs as well.
Course will close at 12:00 PM Sharp! (4 hour time limit)
Please remember to bring an unwrapped gift for Cops 4 Kids and can be dropped off at DJ Booth / DJ Markie Mark at Start/Finish Line.
Online Registration will close November 24th, 2012 at 11:00 PM.
You may still register in person at Freedom Sports on Friday, December 3rd if space permits.
There is NO RACE DAY registration!
